Cancellation & Refund Policy — Red River Retreat, Kaziranga

1. Standard Cancellation Policy

• Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
• Partial Refund: Cancellations made 4–6 days before check-in will be charged 50% of the total booking amount.
• No Refund: Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in or no-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

2. Early Check-Out Policy

If you decide to check out earlier than planned, the remaining nights are non-refundable.

3. Modifications to Booking

• Date changes are subject to availability and applicable rates.
• Any modification requests should be made at least 72 hours before check-in.

4. Group Bookings / Peak Season

Different cancellation terms may apply for group bookings, festive seasons, or special offers. These will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.

5. Refund Process

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Any transaction/processing fees charged by banks or payment gateways will be deducted.

6. Force Majeure

In case of natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or events beyond our control, Red River Retreat reserves the right to modify the cancellation terms.
