Cancellation & Refund Policy — Red River Retreat, Kaziranga

1. Standard Cancellation Policy

• Free Cancellation: Till 14 days before check – in
• 50% Cancellation Charges: From 14days till 7days before check-in
• Non- Refundable: From 7days till check-in
• Non- Refundable: No Show

2. Early Check-Out Policy

If you decide to check out earlier than planned, the remaining nights are non-refundable.

3. Modifications to Booking

• Date changes are subject to availability and applicable rates.
• Modification request to be made 7 days prior.

4. Group Bookings / Peak Season

Different cancellation terms may apply for group bookings, festive seasons, or special offers. These will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.

5. Refund Process

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Any transaction/processing fees charged by banks or payment gateways will be deducted.

6. Force Majeure

In case of natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or events beyond our control, Red River Retreat reserves the right to modify the cancellation terms.
